Green Bee Eater - in flight

A beautiful Green Bee Eater bird captured at Ambazari backwaters, Nagpur. I was lucky that day because I happened to catch this bird's flight shot without very much blur.
It would be a pleasure to know whether the image is good or need some improvement so that I can improve my photography.....
